Description

This lovely set of wooden building blocks features magical shapes, just like the windows, facades and doors of houses and palaces.

They have been beautifully crafted by hand from solid linden wood and were inspired by the architecture and works of Henri Matisse. Henri particularly enjoyed painting window views while incorporating the interior of a home into the artwork.

This set of blocks will allow you and your children to imagine and explore lots of different scenes as you look through the windows, just as Henri would!

This building set is perfect for developing their imagination. The blocks can be used to recreate scenes from their favourite fairytales about princesses and knights. It is a wonderful tool for learning more about architecture and building while exploring different shapes together.

You can use these blocks to build anything from planes, animals and flowers to modern skyscrapers or medieval castles. Both little ones and their parents will have so much fun playing with this building set.

There are no rules or instructions on how to play because we want your children to be free in their exploration and allow them to do whatever their imaginations tell them to.

Some of the ways in which a building block set helps a child's development include:

1. Fine motor skills
2. Logic
3. Independent decision making
4. Speech
5. Social skills
6. Teamwork
7. Promotes creativity, interest in art and learning new things

Each set comes beautifully packaged in it's own luxury branded box which makes it ideal for gifting. The wooden base of the of the blocks also features the outline of each block piece which acts like a puzzle while also making it fun and easy to put the pieces away after play.
