Large Palm Tree

Sale price$229.95

Palms are among the most well known and most cultivated plant families. They have been important to humans throughout history as many common foods and products are derived from palms.  In several cultures, because of their importance as food, palms were and still are symbols for such ideas as victory, peace, and fertility. For many cold climate countries, they symbolise warmth and tropical getaways. Although they thrive in moist, hot climates, palms can be found in a variety of different areas including Asia, Columbia, Italy and South America.

Bumbu Toys have captured the relaxed, calming vibe that these trees are associated with beautifully. They are the perfect centrepiece for any play scape/small world set up and will encourage lots of wonderful storytelling! They can be part of an island where some pirates are searching for hidden treasure. A place where their toys have gone on holiday. Or the backdrop to an ocean play set up. The opportunities are endless!

The leaf pieces, trunk and base can all be taken apart.

Not just a toy, these magnificent trees are a work of art and will create a world of wonder and magic wherever they travel.

Measurements: L: 33cm x H: 38cm x W: 14cm

Age Guide & Safety: Recommended for 3 years+.  We always advise that toys be checked prior to play and recommend adult supervision during playtime. Not suitable for children 3 years and over who still have a tendency to put things in their mouth.

These toys are made of solid lime wood, which is minimally processed to preserve as much of its texture and natural properties. Unlike plastic, wood is a non-uniform natural material that frequently has growth rings or knots, coloured spots or rough areas. These are not defects - they are distinctive signs that guarantee the natural origin and give uniqueness to each toy, telling the story of the tree from which it was made.
