Exchanges & Returns 

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS:

Customer service and satisfaction are extremely important to us which is why we happily offer all our customers a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee.


If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, your items are faulty or you simply change your mind, you may return the item/s to us. To be eligible for a return, your item/s must be unused and in new condition. It must also be in the original packaging and returned within 30 days of receipt. Please contact us via email at amy@happygoducky.com.au PRIOR to returning your item/s and include your receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that return shipping costs are at the customers expense.

Once your return is received, we will contact you via email to notify you that we have received your returned item/s and include further details regarding your refund or replacement.

Unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange on sale items unless the item/s are faulty.

We reserve the right to refuse any returned item/s that have been purposely damaged or if they are not in new condition and in the original packaging. 

We ask that you return your item/s using trackable postage methods, as we cannot accept responsibility for items that are not received and that are unable to be traced.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
