Due to the current Covid situation and lockdown laws in NSW, we are shipping as normal however shipping times can vary and there are currently delays throughout the network. We are adhering to the current restrictions and monitoring the situation. If you are concerned about your order or need it by a certain time, please contact us directly and we will assist you.
We are taking all the necessary precautions to keep ourselves and our customers safe. These measures include:
- Regular hand washing and sanitising while packing orders
- Wearing of masks while preparing and packing orders
- Increased cleaning of all surfaces where orders are sorted and prepared
- Social distancing between all staff members
There have been some delays in shipping orders to certain areas due to border closures and/or limited services. If you do need your order by a certain date, please contact us prior so we can assist you.
We have also experienced some longer than normal delays in receiving stock from overseas which we are navigating our way through. We will keep everyone up to date on their items as soon as any new information becomes available.
