With its smooth natural wood grain, rounded doorway, and hand-painted acorn roof, this charming fairy house invites children to create their own forest stories.
Each piece is carved from a single block of solid ash wood, hand-sanded and painted in layers. The finish is olive oil: natural, protective and gentle on the wood grain. No plastic components. Small variations in colour and grain are a natural characteristic of handmade production — not defects.
Open-ended wooden figurines work best when children are given time, space and freedom to direct their own play. There is no right way to use them — they become whatever the child needs them to be.

We went with this acorn house because it looked solid and better quality than the other brands- we were not disappointed- it is absolutely stunning and carved out of solid timber , the grain is stunning. So glad we got this although now I’m wanting to buy more Noelino houses !
