Engraving & Personalisation

We are so happy to now be able to offer this service to our customers so they can create a meaningful and treasured keepsake for their child or loved ones.

PLEASE NOTE: Please allow an additional processing time of 2-3 days on engraved items, particularly during busy periods.

Please ensure you double check all details are correct before proceeding with your order. We are unable to accept returns where the incorrect details were provided by the customer.

To add engraving to an item, enter the name in the box on the product page. For best results, there is a maximum of 10 letters. Please keep in mind that some smaller items can only accomodate shorter names. If you are unsure, please check with us prior to purchasing.

Depending on the item, number of letters and available space, we will choose the best location on the item for the text placement.

Due to the time it takes for the set up of our larger items, there are two price categories which covers smaller to medium sized items and then medium to larger sized items. The price will be shown on the product and then added to your total once you enter the name in the text box.

If you have any preferences as to where the text is placed or the font style, please add it to the Special Request box on the product page and we will do our best to accomodate it. If we need any clarification from you, we will contact you prior to engraving your item.

IMPORTANT: Refunds/exchanges cannot be issued on personalised products unless the item is deemed faulty.
